PC Master High Tech

I own a small management advisory business and I have been using Donny as our outsourced IT services provider. He has taken care of all our hardware, software, and IT support needs for the past 2 years. Knowing that we have PC High Master Tech, allows me to have the peace of mind from an IT perspective. We would be glad to refer Donny to anyone requiring IT services!

 PC Masters High Tech is the most competent, thorough and inexpensive computer repair service I have ever used. Every time my computer crashed in the past I would be forced to buy another one because the repair cost would equal or exceed the price of a new computer. I dont have to do that anymore thanks to Donny. Very quick turn around time also, even on weekends. Donny remotely down loaded my new printer and other simple programs on my computer because im a carpenter not a computer guy,and when I asked him how much I owed him for doing that he said NO CHARGE. You wont get that from the Geek squad. Try PC Masters, you will be glad you did

Donny was great!  My laptop would no longer boot after a Microsoft Critical update.  I use my machine daily for business, and he immediately had me bring it in for him to work on.  Three hours later, he had the problem resolved and system is running great.  He ensured I had the latest updates to my operating system; as well a licensed copy of MS Office reloaded to my laptop.  His price to repair was excellent (far, far less than the Big Box Geek Squad) and customer service is excellent.  Highly recommend.

What can I say about Donny, I have been using Donny for as long as I can remember. If I ever have something go wrong with my computers or if I ever have a question about anything, he is always there for me, no matter what time of day it is 7 days a week, even if he’s on the road he is still there to help out. He is so knowledgable in computers, that I think Apple is missing out on having him be with their team!!! He is very polite and always very business like, I just can’t say enough about this man. Thank you for always making sure my computers are always running at top speed!!! 🙂

Donny is Great and amazing. He came and rectified my PC on time and within Budget. I could not asked for more. Wow! This was the best service I have ever recieved reguarding any computer questions or my computer needs.I highly recomend contacting them for all of your computer needs.They were so curtious and quick, all of my questions were answered so I understood what I was being told. I’ve used PC Master High Tech twice and both times the repair was done quickly and the price was fair. With computers it’s not if, but when you need a repair done I would recommend PC Master. With 3 computers in my house I will use PC Master again.
